Conshohocken, PA; May 27, 2015 – Profiles, Marketing and creative staffing agency, names Donna Zimet as its Philadelphia metro Branch Manager. Coming to Profiles, Donna brings a combination of experience in marketing, business development and staffing to the table.
Donna shares why she joined Profiles, “I joined Profiles for two main reasons. I feel that Profiles’ leadership has a dynamic view of the industry. By lending both my marketing and staffing experience, I bring the experience to lead this team to its success.”
When asked her favorite part about recruiting, Donna enjoys making the match. Knowing the client’s needs and finding the ideal candidate, giving them the perfect next career opportunity, Donna describes this as “electric!”
Donna brings the ability to see the needs from both sides through the eyes of experience. With her 15 years of creative and marketing staffing experience, she can understand both the client and talent perspectives. Additionally, she has worked with both large scale and small boutique clients and understands the difference in need.
“Each client is unique and I enjoy learning about what makes them different and then introducing the ideal talent needed for them,” Donna explained.
Donna is a New Jersey native, and currently resides there, enjoying all sorts of fun school and sports activities with her kids. In her “spare time,” she enjoys scuba diving, biking, and hosting parties and BBQs, and is an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan!
