A national investment management firm is hiring a hybrid-remote Marketing Manager near the Baltimore, MD downtown for a 12-month contract opportunity. In this role you will manage the implementation of many of the Go-To Market (GTM) plans for North America Marketing. Candidates local to the Baltimore area are encouraged to apply.

Marketing Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, marketing or communications.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience that combines marketing, communications and investments preferably with an investment management firm.
  • Proficiency with Tableau and Salesforce and familiarity with Adobe Suite and AdMaster,
  • Base knowledge of institutional investment strategies and portfolio positioning; Knowledge of financial markets and investing.
  • Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Marketing and project management related experience.
     
Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
  • Develops tactical plans to support and position specific investment capabilities or initiatives. Given budget, resources, and analysis of the competitive landscape draws on appropriate marketing tools (content, road shows, speaking opportunities, webinars, sponsorships, PR, web) to promote and differentiate identified strategies and/or initiatives.
 
  • Analyzes and monitors relevant industry trends and draws on investment and market knowledge to make informed recommendations and decisions.
     
  • Manages the development and execution of integrated investment marketing campaigns. An important focus is on data and KPI metrics related to GTM efforts including engagement pre- and post-events. The use of Tableau to keep track of such data will be necessary.
  • Communicates campaign and content strategy; Informs relationship managers around ongoing GTM efforts through participation in various Americas team meetings (Sales, Consulting, Client Service).
  • Supports various ad hoc marketing projects and initiatives as appropriate including being the Americas representative on cross business unit efforts (i.e., Global Market Outlook / Mid-year Market Outlook).
