Marketing Program Manager Requirements:
- 3+ years working at a major retailer as a sales, account manager or partnership lead for their media network.
- Strong account management, project management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Hubspot.
- 2+ years of retail media experience at a specialty retailer.
- Experience with vendor monetization initiatives.
Marketing Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Receive campaign leads from merchant team and onboard the vendors into campaign intake process.
- Manage individual vendor paid campaigns, their brief's, and individual partner campaign objectives.
- Work closely with paid marketing team to design and execute marketing plans to deliver vendor objectives.
- Work collaboratively with cross divisional teams to design key points of value through each partner program. Manage agenda and regular touchpoints with cross divisional partners.
- Work with partners and accounting to manage invoicing for individual campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to monitor best practices, evaluate areas for continued enhancement, and emerging trends to assess how new opportunities can be leveraged and programming can be optimized.
