- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in website design, content management, and applying UX best practices.
- Skilled in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), SiteCore, or Drupal as CMS tools, and familiar with HTML, CSS, ADA compliance tools (AXE, Wave, Lighthouse, Dev tools).
- Experience with SEO, web analytics, and web trends, and strong in both creative and technical aspects of digital marketing.
- Strong writing, editing, project management, and communication skills, with confidence presenting to stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successful stakeholder management, including global and distributed teams.
- Highly organized, able to work independently, and manage deadlines effectively.
- Committed to identifying opportunities for process optimization as needed.
- Manage digital web content and campaigns, enhancing digital experiences and engagement for institutional clients and prospects across relevant websites.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine which content should be optimized and published on institutional platforms.
- Develop impactful campaign pages that encourage meaningful engagement and support inbound marketing initiatives and lead generation.
- Partner with business units and core teams to manage content transfer, apply brand standards, and publish landing pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with adherence to SEO, UX, and accessibility best practices.
- Utilize analytics to evaluate and refine web experiences, traffic, and user interactions, sharing insights on metrics that measure success and improvement areas.
- Work with Centers of Excellence (COEs) in authoring to align on technical requirements, ensuring efficient processes for Americas segment marketing managers.
- Facilitate sessions with design and development teams to enhance website capabilities and components.
- Implement strategies that drive conversion, engagement, and retention across digital touchpoints.
- Perform audits on current and competitive brands to identify growth opportunities for business units and segments.
- Serve as a liaison in the Americas digital partnership model, supporting website projects by gathering and implementing business requirements and coordinating stakeholders and projects.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop, collect, and refine content, applying best practices and providing strategic insights for content reuse across regions.
- Work with GDS to prioritize digital enhancements, report issues, identify improvement opportunities, and provide case studies for new features.
- Develop customized experiences for site visitors based on marketing funnel placement.
- Apply global best practices to local strategies, fostering growth and aligning with stakeholders across regions.
- Collaborate with web specialists across business units to optimize user experiences and improve campaign results.
- Recommend and implement design elements that enhance personalization and support lead nurturing.
- Offer training to local marketers, designers, and product owners to promote effective use of tools and strategies.
