Join the in-house creative team of a global hospitality leader as a remote Art Director for a 6-month contract positionYou will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-impact marketing platforms and consumer campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty among discerning luxury audiences.

Art Director Requirements: 
  • 5+ years of relevant luxury design experience, ideally within a design firm, advertising agency, or in-house creative department.
  • 3+ years of experience managing creative or design teams.
  • Portfolio demonstrating expertise in luxury design, storytelling, brand building, and campaign development.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and effectively communicate creative rationale to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Comprehensive experience in pre- and post-production planning and creative development for luxury photo and video shoots.
     
Art Director Responsibilities: 
  • Contribute your design expertise to campaigns, collaborating with the Associate Creative Director – Luxury, Copywriters, and Designers to maintain and elevate the design integrity and visual impact of the team’s work.
  • Leverage data and consumer insights to shape creative strategies that resonate with luxury consumers, ensuring seamless, on-brand execution across all touchpoints.
  • Play a central role in conceptualizing, crafting, and implementing creative solutions that consistently communicate Hilton’s luxury brands identities, positioning, and messaging across all owned and paid platforms—including print, web, social media, email, TV, events, B2B and B2C collateral, and internal communications.
  • Oversee, review, and elevate creative work from external agencies and freelance partners, ensuring that all creative output aligns with the brand’s luxury standards.
  • Organize and lead creative brainstorming sessions and presentations for partners across marketing, brand, and corporate sectors.
     
  • Stay informed on industry trends, especially in the digital and social landscape, and recommend innovative templates and design approaches.
