Marketing Sales Enablement Specialist Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales and/or content marketing experience, ideally in a retail media or retailer monetization program.
- Experience with media planning, reporting or related disciplines, with extended knowledge of social media and cross-platform media strategies.
- Worked in either a retail sales role or sales position – brand, media or agency – with a retail media focus.
- Strong project management skills, including experience building project plans and timelines.
- Proficient in use of PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to support or deliver creative strategies and campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail with demonstration of ability to take initiative and look for opportunities for innovation.
Marketing Sales Enablement Specialist Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with campaign management teams to sell vendor marketing strategies within REI campaigns.
- Design, implement, and manage sales enablement programs and initiatives, ensuring they improve sales capacity and effectiveness.
- Oversee the creation of sales materials, playbooks, and resources that empower the sales team to succeed.
- Collaborate with Account Leads to develop and distribute content and resources tailored to various stages of the sales cycle.
- Ensure sales teams are equipped with up-to-date campaign plans.
- Continuously gather feedback and analyze performance data to optimize programs and processes.
