- 5-7 years of experience leading complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams.

- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Lead complex, large-scale strategic change initiatives, driving business alignment and technology adoption in a global organization.
- Create and implement comprehensive change management strategies that align with transformation objectives, mitigating risks and reducing resistance.
- Oversee training programs to ensure employees acquire necessary skills for smooth transitions.
- Coach and advise leaders, teams, and individuals to embrace new work practices and navigate change effectively.
- Manage and mentor a team of 14 change managers, fostering their development and organizational change capability.
