An American multi-brand, multi-channel, specialty retailer is seeking a Front-End Developer specializing in A/B Testing & Personalization and focused on creating digital experiences using the Monetate and Builder.io platforms. This position is a remote 6-month contract opportunity encouraging candidates residing in the US to apply. No C2C or Third-Party agencies.

Front End Developer Requirements:
  • 5+ years of front-end web development experience.
  • Expertise in front-end web development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
  • Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (Monetate, Builder.io, or similar).
  • Experience with CMS tools like Builder.io.
  • Familiarity with Chrome DevTools and browser debugging.

Front End Developer Responsibilities:
  • Build experiences in Monetate and Builder.io based on creative direction and strategy provided to you by cross functional teams.
  • Assist with the integration of various tools and data sources with Monetate and/or Builder.io.
  • Write HTML, CSS and JavaScript to modify website behavior and appearance. Troubleshoot cross-browser compatibility issues.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on new ideas, assist with technical design strategy.
  • Debug and fix issues with test implementations. Document technical implementations for team reference.
  • Modify HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create different site versions. Set up analytics integrations to pass data from Monetate and Builder to GA4. Assist with the technical design and implementation of new audiences and targeting conditions.
  • Ensure variations don't conflict with existing site functionality. Manage site performance across different versions.  Handle test scheduling and traffic routing.
