A leader in the luxury hospitality industry is seeking a remote Influencer Marketing Analyst for a 6+ month contract role to lead the development and execution of on-property, inbound, and opportunistic Influencer Marketing programs. This role requires individuals to be in the office 3 days per week in Mclean, VA. (NO C2C or THIRD-PARTY AGENCIES)

In this role, you will manage a variety of influencer marketing activities, including evaluating influencer partnerships, spearheading on-property experiences, creating strategic frameworks for stakeholders to engage with influencers, and sourcing new creator collaborations that align with business objectives. Your efforts will help shape a growing function within the organization, enhancing visibility and storytelling for a world-class hospitality portfolio.

Influencer Marketing Analyst Requirements:

  • 1+ years of professional experience, ideally in influencer marketing, digital media, or talent management.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing influencer campaigns or programs.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners, such as agencies, influencers, or talent managers.
  • Experience in campaign management, measurement, and reporting.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools, social listening, and analytics platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Khoros, Brandwatch).
Influencer Marketing Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Strong ability to evaluate influencer and creator talent based on audience, content alignment, and brand fit.
  • Expertise in influencer or talent management, with proven experience building authentic partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, pop culture trends, and digital storytelling.
  • Manage inbound influencer requests by serving as the primary point of contact for influencer opportunities and creator inquiries, evaluating talent for alignment with brand values and audiences.
  • Lead communication across internal teams, properties, and external stakeholders to track, monitor, and optimize influencer activations.
  • Lead property-level activations by partnering with hotel teams to strategize and implement unique influencer experiences, creating opportunities for creators to authentically engage with and represent the brand.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities by continuously monitoring social media trends, rising talent, and cultural moments to uncover new spaces where creators can bring value to the organization.
  • Recommend forward-thinking influencer strategies that align with the luxury and lifestyle segment.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with influencers, creators, and talent representatives, building and maintaining a robust and dynamic roster of partners across multiple verticals.
  • Drive campaign development and execution by collaborating with internal marketing teams (brand, social, paid media, communications) and external agencies to develop and implement influencer campaigns that amplify storytelling and drive measurable results.
  • Support education and strategy enablement by developing toolkits, playbooks, and training materials to educate stakeholders on influencer marketing best practices and campaign optimization.
  • Lead measurement and reporting by establishing benchmarks, tracking performance, and delivering strategic insights that assess results, inform future campaigns, and establish best practices.
  • Oversee gifting and compliance management by coordinating influencer gifting initiatives to support campaigns and ensuring messaging aligns with FTC regulations and reflects brand positioning.
  • Provide logistical support by managing the operational needs of influencer activations, including travel arrangements, room bookings, talent management, and payment processes.
