A buzzworthy leader in the luxury hospitality industry is seeking a Influencer Marketing Manager for a 6+ month contract role to build out and manage best-in-class influencer programming and strategies that extend the reach of their portfolio of brands and add cultural fuel to their marketing. This role requires individuals to be in office 3 days per week in Mclean, VA.

You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day planning and execution of small and mid-sized influencer programs, in addition to supporting large-scale activations.

Influencer Marketing Manager Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience driving impactful social or digital media strategies, with a proven track record of managing and growing digital presence across platforms.
  • Influencer marketing expertise with hands-on experience working directly with creators, developing influencer-driven campaigns, and executing programs that align with brand goals and target audiences.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience working closely with internal teams, external agencies, creative partners, and on-screen talent to ensure cohesive and successful campaign execution.
  • End-to-end campaign management, from ideation and planning through execution, optimization, and post-campaign analysis, delivering measurable results.
  • Strategic talent evaluation, assessing influencers and creators for brand alignment based on pre-defined criteria, audience demographics, and engagement metrics.
  • Relationship management with external stakeholders, including influencers, publicists, agents, and managers, to foster long-term, productive partnerships.
  • Strong collaboration and influence skills with the ability to build positive working relationships and align diverse stakeholders in highly matrixed, fast-paced environments.
  • Creative problem-solving capabilities, fueled by a passion for developing innovative, big-picture ideas that resonate with audiences and drive campaign success.
Influencer Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain direct, ongoing relationships with key, emerging talent, and established talent while creating an expansive roster across specific verticals.
  • Partner with external stakeholders (influencers, creators, talent) and internal teams (Social, Paid, Brand Marketing, Comms, etc.) to create impactful influencer campaigns that drive social conversation.
  • Assist in the execution of the brand’s Influencer Marketing strategy and rollout of process around the strategy.
  • Lead all aspects of influencer sourcing, program development and execution, bringing ideas to life through successful project management while ensuring on-brand execution.
  • Serve as day-to-day lead with influencer tool/agencies; managing budgets, writing briefs, reviewing content and producing reports.
  • Partner with tool/agencies to lead influencer outreach, working to support creator goals and understanding how to match needs of talent with business plans and objectives.
  • Be the key point of contact for all things involving influencer marketing measurement, benchmark establishment, affiliate marketing, and strategic reporting and analysis.
  • Support logistical needs of influencer programs, including booking rooms, travel and payment..
