Join a long-standing and rapidly growing manufacturer as a Digital Marketing Manager in Baltimore, MD. This is hybrid/remote opportunity; 4 days onsite / 1 day remote.

Working with the Sales and Marketing team the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing account-based enterprise strategies and high-performing campaigns that embrace the full set of digital channels. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy and detail-oriented, a self-starter that is highly focused on measurable growth;

Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build and maintain paid social media presence.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI, KPIs, revenue attribution, website traffic).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize ad spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience with smart CTAs, A/B testing, and SEO optimization.
  • Manage and maintain website and oversee management of updates, design, and user experience on all digital channels.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Optimize digital channels with SEO/SEM best practices.
Digital Marketing Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 5-7 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Experience working in a marketing automation platform to build/manage automation workflows, HubSpot preferred.
  • Working knowledge of and ability to implement SEO best practices, particularly technical SEO.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Experience creating and managing multichannel digital marketing campaigns and account-based marketing to reach marketing and business revenue goals.
