Content Production Manager Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing content production, with a strong background in overseeing end-to-end photo and video projects for marketing campaigns.
- Proven expertise in developing detailed production plans, including creating timelines, managing budgets, and coordinating logistics to ensure the seamless execution of complex projects.
- In-depth knowledge of the production process, from pre-production planning to on-site execution and post-production workflows, including file management and asset delivery systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead social-first content creation, with an understanding of how to craft visuals and storytelling tailored to the unique demands of social media platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high standards of quality under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and global stakeholders.

- Coordinate with global property teams to secure locations, obtain necessary permissions, and manage communications related to on-site content capture.
- Monitor production progress, identify potential challenges, and implement solutions to maintain project quality, timelines, and budget compliance.
- Oversee post-production workflows, including file reviews, final edits, and the delivery of assets to digital asset management systems for long-term use.
- Maintain thorough documentation for each project, including contracts, talent and property releases, expenses, and adherence to brand and legal guidelines.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on project milestones, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the production lifecycle.
- Continuously refine production processes and workflows, documenting lessons learned and integrating best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
