This is a unique opportunity to take a high-visibility initiative from concept to launch, where you’ll be responsible for defining the tech stack, driving vendor selection, and shaping the roadmap for a scalable media platform that connects vendor brands with customers across digital and physical channels. You’ll be the first dedicated product manager focused on this initiative, working in close partnership with strategic vendor leads, architects, and internal developers.

Sr. Product Manager, Retail Media Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent work experience will be considered.
- 5+ years of work experience in product management, with a focus on advertising, retail media, or digital marketing technology.
- Extensive background in retail media networks, including experience with onsite, offsite, and in-store advertising placements.
- Familiarity with third-party retail media platform technologies rather than solely custom-built solutions.
- Experience managing digital media monetization strategies and aligning product priorities with business goals.
- Strong understanding of advertising technology, audience segmentation, and data-driven insights to optimize ad performance.

- Experience with ad tech, digital advertising, programmatic media, or in-store sponsored placements is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Teams, Jira, Confluence, and Slack is preferred.
Sr. Product Manager, Retail Media Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product strategy for a new retail media network, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Define platform capabilities to support brand advertising, including sponsored placements, off-site media, and in-store activations.
- Lead the development of the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that enhance advertising opportunities and customer engagement.
- Oversee integration of retail media platform technologies and ensure they meet the needs of advertisers and stakeholders.
- Optimize ad placement strategies, targeting capabilities, and performance analytics to maximize revenue and advertiser success.
- Work cross-functionally with MarTech, strategic partnerships, and Ecommerce teams to implement scalable retail media solutions.
- Utilize data insights to make informed decisions on campaign performance, audience engagement, and monetization strategies.
- Stay informed on industry trends in ad tech, retail media, and digital marketing to drive continuous platform improvements.
- Advocate for the retail media network internally, ensuring alignment with company goals and stakeholder expectations.
