Profiles is a national, award-winning creative, marketing, and tech staffing agency hiring a Remote Business Development Manager (BDM) that must reside in the DFW metroplex. The BDM is responsible for prospecting and closing new business within high-potential accounts within a given regional territory. This role is instrumental in our continued growth, focusing on the acquisition of emerging and mid-market clients that align with our Ideal Client Profile across multiple industry verticals.

Business Development Manager Requirements:

  • 3+ years of staffing industry experience focused on new business development and client acquisition.
  • 2+ years selling into the creative, marketing, or digital/tech vertical.
  • Demonstrated success generating mid-market and enterprise-level relationships from cold open to close.
  • Proven ability to build a $3M+ staffing sales portfolio annually.
  • Skilled in consultative outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Bullhorn CRM, Sales Enablement Tools, and AI/Chatgpt.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with leadership, marketing, and delivery teams to drive new logo acquisition aligned to Profiles' Ideal Client Profile.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire staffing opportunities.
  • Target executive decision-makers within Marketing, Creative, Digital, HR, Strategic Sourcing, and Procurement.
  • Maintain an ongoing pipeline of job opportunities through targeted outreach that garners 10 client meetings per week. 
  • Own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to negotiation, with support from internal recruiting and marketing teams.
