Baltimore, MD; May 22, 2015 – Marketing and creative staffing agency, Profiles, has brought on Ali Dougherty as its new Talent Acquisition Manager in the Baltimore, MD office.
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, Ali comes to Profiles with more than six years of experience in marketing. Before Profiles, Ali was an Assistant Account Executive for a public relations agency and held various marketing roles at a staffing agency. Most recently, she was a content manager at a supplemental education company.
“I joined Profiles because I was ready for a challenge in my career,” Ali explained. “I love speaking with people and getting to know them – so why not marry the two with a profession that does just that!” Ali also goes on to share how she enjoys speaking to a variety of different personalities and enjoys learning new things from her candidates each and every day.

Ali was born and raised in the Baltimore area and lives one of the city’s surrounding hot spots, Federal Hill, with her husband and dog. She favors the moments she can kick back and sit up on her rooftop deck, over-looking the Baltimore harbor.
