An advertising agency in Greater Cincinnati is currently seeking a Media Planner to join their team in a hybrid direct hire, full time opportunity. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful campaigns while working with a collaborative and innovative team.

Media Planner Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of experience in media planning or buying within an advertising agency, consulting firm, corporate marketing team, or software provider.
  • Proficiency in Campaign Manager 360 or similar tool.
  • Experience analyzing data to craft actionable insights.
  • Working knowledge of media research tools (IMS, GWI, MRI, Nielsen, ComScore, Simmons, etc.)
  • Familiarity with multiple channels (Display, Video, CTV, Native, DOOH), with programmatic trading experience preferred.

Media Planner Responsibilities:

  • Develop integrated media strategies in partnership with Media Directors and Supervisors to meet client objectives.
  • Oversee media budgets, pacing, and tracking to ensure successful delivery of campaigns and achievement of KPIs.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on media placements and maintain client-facing reports.
  • Analyze website data to generate insights on visitor behavior, traffic patterns, and conversion trends.
  • Deliver performance media reports and stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and technologies.
