Profiles is hiring internally for a Remote Business Development Manager of Direct Hire Staffing & Recruiting Services.
**Applicants must have 5+ years in selling direct hire / permanent staffing services with 3+ years of selling to creative and marketing decision makers.**
The Business Development Manager of Direct Hire is responsible for high-volume, transactional sales outreach, targeting mid-size to enterprise companies, nationwide. This position plays a crucial role in growing our Direct Hire portfolio through proactive prospecting and closing new business across diverse industry verticals.
Business Development Manager Perks:

- Conduct high-volume outreach (emails, calls, InMails, in-person meetings) leveraging sales enablement workflows for structured, multi-touch campaigns.
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline of Direct Hire opportunities with mid-size to enterprise clients.
- Partner closely with internal recruiting and marketing teams to rapidly showcase most placeable candidates to prospective buyers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas, focusing exclusively on Direct Hire staffing services.
