A leader in the Advertising industry is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst in Marietta, GA for a full time position, onsite 2 days a week.

Business Intelligence Analyst Perks:

  • Salary: $80k – $90k 

Business Intelligence Analyst Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in marketing sciences, or a related field. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a STEM field is referred. 
  • 1+ years of proven work experience in business and marketing analytics. 
  • Foundational knowledge of probability and statistics, and ability to translate business requirements into data points. 
  • Ability to multitask, work under tight deadlines, and a commitment to high quality standards. 
  • Must be proficient in PowerBI, SAS, SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, Access, pivot tables, VBA applications, data warehousing, analytic toolsets, data extraction, data modeling, and A/B testing. 

Business Intelligence Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Execute and deliver database marketing strategies for clients, aligning with marketing goals to achieve campaign objectives and generate high success rates; Configures data attribute groups understanding one-to-one and one-to-many data relationships, and their impact on data-based behaviors, 
  • Troubleshoots production issues and ensures data accuracy of campaigns; Identifies and implements efficiency opportunities to optimize operational processes; Provides necessary data, guidance, and support to inform future marketing strategies and tests. 
  • Reports and visualizes metrics and benchmarks to evaluate goal achievement; Analyzes performance of high-priority initiatives and identifies improvement opportunities; Analyzes data to generate insights; Defines objectives and formalizes data requirements by understanding to root problem. 
  • Identifies potential bias and errors in data sources; Conducts analyses using medium-sized data sets (millions or records); Integrates and analyzes disparate data sources; Incorporates own business observations and stakeholder input into analyses;
  • Translates analyses and insights into decision-makers’ language; Develops narratives and presentations using analysis results; Creates data visualizations to enhance understanding of analysis; Engages decision-makers through thoughtful questioning; Creates analogies that resonate with decision-makers.
