- Build out, manage, and maintain platform and its users.
- Partner with team members and stakeholders to fully understand needs and requirements.
- Work closely with technology partners on platform setup and maintenance.
- Serve as an advocate for new technologies and systems across multiple departments.
- Report data usage to leadership and stakeholders.
- Establish principles and processes for best practices.
- 3-5 years of experience as a DAM administrator.
- Must have expertise in Digital Asset Management platforms (Acquia Widen DAM) and CMS platforms (Drupal).
- Proven experience in platform integration with project management software (Workfront).
- Experience training and working with stakeholders on all levels of digital asset management platforms.
- Strong background in DAM’s metadata control mechanisms, database management, and file formats.
- Deep understanding in DAM principles, metadata, and taxonomy.
