A national investment management firm is hiring a hybrid remote Digital Production Manager near the Owings Mills, MD metro for a 12-month contract opportunity. This role will report on-site 3 days per week. Candidates local to the Owings Mills area encouraged to apply.

Digital Content Specialist Requirements:
  • 5+ years’ experience in web publishing, multimedia, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with content management systems and digital publishing platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and Apple office-related applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality content.
     
Digital Content Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Director of Digital Production to manage the design, development, testing, and integration of our digital signage system. Manage the end-to-end process of preparing and publishing high-volume and high-quality content.
  • Meet with stakeholder occupants and leaders within headquarters to understand their requirements for content production and educate them on the firm’s production procedures.
  • Ensure timely and accurate deployment of content prepared by others, adhering to brand guidelines and design standards. Perform copy edits as needed to existing content templates.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across our global digital landscape, guide and consult with internal clients to understand their content requirements and align with our global operating model and best practices for communication.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on published content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to branding guidelines
