A national investment management firm is hiring a hybrid-remote Digital Marketing Specialist in Baltimore metro for a 6-month contract opportunity. In this role you will activate and optimize web campaigns by creating personalized experiences for the brand’s targeted segments to drive higher engagement.

Digital Marketing Specialist Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience and 5+ years of total relevant work experience in website and page design and creation, content management, and user experience best practices.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), SiteCore, and/or Drupal as a CMS and design system.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and ADA accessibility tools like AXE, Wave, Lighthouse, and even Dev tools along with knowledge of WAG 2.0.
  • Excellent communication, writing, editing, and project management skills.
  • Mix of technical, creative, and marketing skills;  Analytical ability with good understanding of SEO, web analytics, and web trends.
  • Comfortable presenting ideas to key stakeholders and advocating for the user, with confidence working in a client-facing environment.

     
Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
 
  • Manage digital web content and campaigns and improving digital experiences/engagements for clients and prospects across all Institutional websites.
  • Prepare content for digital delivery; Design and manage campaign pages with the client in mind.
  • Executing content; Post-publish of content; and Deliver metrics to measure the success factors and impacts, and record and share ongoing findings.
  • Support Americas digital initiatives and journeys across all website touchpoints, while acting as local point of contact as part of the digital partnership model across Business Units and regions.
  • Work with Digital Solutions to identify and prioritize enhancements for their business unit and its segments.
  • Ideate with marketers to create personalized experiences that generate engagements and personalization; Leverage global and local best practices, while partnering globally with relevant stakeholders to grow capabilities in the Americas region.
