Digital Marketing Specialist

Digital Marketing Specialist Requirements:

1-3 years of Digital Marketing experience within B2B / SaaS.

Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint); familiarity with industry standard marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is a plus (ex: Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce).

Experience writing/reviewing/editing basic marketing copy from creative briefs for email campaigns, social media, and marketing collateral.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey technical product features as clear customer benefits.

Detail-oriented and process-driven with strong time management and multitasking skills; ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines; proactively communicate anticipated bottlenecks and drive projects to completion.

Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Creative Services, and Digital Marketing teams to support and execute various Digital Marketing tasks (copywriting, editing, document updates, and basic design / presentation mock-ups).

Assist in creating digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and other channels to support product launches and drive customer engagement.

Support the development of marketing materials, including presentations, marketing assets, and sales enablement collateral.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with brand guidelines and go-to-market strategies.

Stay on top of project timelines and delivery through proactive communication with cross-functional teams.

Contribute to product positioning and messaging efforts by translating technical concepts into digestible feature values to differentiate products in the market.
