- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience managing a digital marketing team within the Ecommerce industry.
- Expertise in SEO, paid advertising, and email marketing strategies for Ecommerce, Retail, or CPG.
- Ability to work independently with minimal training and supervision. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in a small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) environment preferred. Large enterprise experience is not ideal.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup with flexibility to attend company events in Richmond, VA as needed.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement across various channels.
- Manage weekly email marketing campaigns and ensure effective communication with our subscriber base.
- Oversee and optimize Ecommerce operations, including SEO and paid ad campaigns.
- Collaborate with the digital graphic designer, social media manager, content creator, and photographers to create and execute marketing content.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities and promotions.
- Be hands-on with product management and marketing to provide a personal touch to our efforts.
