Employee Engagement Analyst
A leading outdoor retail cooperative is seeking a part-time, remote Employee Engagement Analyst for a temporary contract role supporting their Voice of Employee (VoE) initiative. This is a flexible, 6-week assignment ideal for individuals interested in employee experience, survey analytics, and HR partnership work. Individuals must currently reside in the US for consideration.
You’ll join a small, collaborative team focused on rolling out the organization’s annual employee survey and driving action planning through data and insights. This opportunity is perfect for candidates who enjoy project-based work, want to build their expertise in employee engagement, and are looking for resume-building experience in survey analytics and employee listening programs.

Employee Engagement Analyst Requirements:
- Proven experience supporting HR survey launches, preferably using Qualtrics or similar survey tools.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with HR business partners, senior leaders, or employee engagement teams.
- Project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and stay organized in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience building educational materials (such as infographics or training videos) and communicating survey results or data insights to stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex findings and drive action planning.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable—able to learn new systems and contribute to multiple aspects of the survey process.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Qualtrics and Smartsheets REQUIRED.
Employee Engagement Analyst Responsibilities:
- Support the launch and execution of the organization’s annual employee survey, collaborating closely with internal HR partners and senior leaders.
- Build and distribute survey communications and educational materials to help drive participation and understanding.
- Assist with stakeholder meetings, project schedules, and the development of action plans based on survey results.
- Help maintain and update dashboards, ensuring data is accurate and accessible for analysis and reporting.
- Consult with team members on survey items, focus group questions, and overall engagement strategy.
- Provide input on other team members’ work and contribute to a positive, collaborative project environment.
