Enterprise Account Administrator

Enterprise Account Administrator Requirements:
- Familiarity with Beeline and Bullhorn platforms preferred.
- Staffing experience preferred.
- 5+ years previous administrative or account management experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities – phones, voicemail, TEAMS virtual meetings, in-person meetings.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, TEAMS, Excel.
Enterprise Account Administrator Responsibilities:
- Beeline Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding processes through Beeline, ensuring timely and accurate setup for new hires. Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve onboarding issues.
- PTO Requests: Monitor and manage Paid Time Off (PTO) requests, maintaining accurate records. Communicate approvals or follow-ups as necessary.
- Bi-Annual Review Meeting Schedules: Coordinate schedules for bi-annual review meetings across teams. Ensure seamless communication and preparation for all stakeholders.
- Gift Card Incentive Program: Administer the gift card incentive program, tracking eligibility and distributing rewards. Provide insights and suggestions for program improvements.
- Summer Employee Event & Holiday Party Planning: Assist in planning and executing the summer employee event and annual holiday party. Coordinate with vendors and manage event logistics.
- Sales Meeting Management: Oversee the scheduling and preparation for Embedded Teams sales meetings. Ensure agendas, materials, and follow-ups are well-organized.
- Corporate Administrative Duties: Handling inbound calls, technology and onboarding support for internal and external hires.
