Profiles is hiring internally for a Remote Full Desk Recruiter. 

**Applicants must have 5+ years in 360 Recruitment for direct hire / permanent staffing services with 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment for creative and marketing disciplines.**


The Full Desk Recruiter of Direct Hire Staffing Services is responsible for independently managing the full lifecycle recruiting process, from sourcing and candidate engagement to client relationship management and closing placements. This critical role supports Profiles' growth strategy through proactive business development and strategic candidate matching for mid-size to enterprise clients nationwide.

360 Recruitment for Direct Hire Services Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ of proven success as a full desk recruiter, ideally focused exclusively on Direct Hire placements.
  • Expertise in proactively sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across multiple industries.
  • Demonstrate your ability to independently identify, prospect, and close new client accounts.
  • Skilled in candidate engagement, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Strong proficiency with recruiting and sales tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Bullhorn ATS/CRM, sales automation, SMS, and Chatgpt.
360 Recruitment for Direct Hire Services Responsibilities:
  • Proactively develop new client relationships nationwide, driving direct hire job orders from mid-size to enterprise organizations through high-volume targeted outreach.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting, and closing direct hire candidates.
  • Maintain talent pipelines through high-volume candidate outreach and engagement, leveraging technology and automation for efficiency.
  • Partner closely with internal marketing to enhance candidate attraction and client outreach efforts.
  • Consistently achieve individual placement goals and revenue targets through diligent pipeline management and strategic recruiting.
