A leader in the financial services industry is hiring a Lead Product Manager – Fixed Income Trading for a full-time position in Boston, MA.
This role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product development and fixed income trading within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Lead Product Manager – Fixed Income Trading Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in financial services, specifically in product development, trading, or infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with experience in data analysis.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work across Technology, Sales & Trading, Legal, and Compliance teams.
  • Series 7 and SIE required (must be obtained within 90 days if not already held).

Lead Product Manager – Fixed Income Trading Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a product owner and squad lead for fixed income digital trading solutions.
  • Prioritize and define product initiatives using Agile methodology.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement modern trading capabilities.
  • Continuously improve processes and product delivery in a dynamic market.
  • Leverage technical tools (SQL, KDB/Q, Snowflake) to drive data-informed decisions.
