A leader in the healthcare technology industry is hiring a Lead Software Engineer for a full-time, fully remote position. This role offers the opportunity to lead meaningful platform initiatives in a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment.

Lead Software Engineer Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of .NET development experience in enterprise environments.
  • 2+ years of experience with SQL Server and JavaScript-based single-page apps.
  • Strong communication skills and Agile team collaboration.
  • Healthcare industry experience, with understanding of Risk Adjustment and Quality Management.

Lead Software Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Gather and evaluate business requirements and user stories from stakeholders.
  • Lead estimation, prioritization, and delivery of high-value sprint objectives.
  • Drive modernization from legacy systems to secure, scalable platforms.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineers to shape architecture and features.
  • Recommend and implement resilient technical solutions for enterprise applications.
