Marketing Coordinator, Sales Enablement (B2B)
As a marketing and sales enablement specialist, you will support the prospect marketing team focused on the consideration-to-decision phase of the sales funnel. This role involves helping scale marketing content, improving data reporting, and enhancing processes to streamline operations. You will work closely with sales teams to ensure they have the materials and engagement strategies needed to bid on opportunities.
The role requires a blend of marketing expertise and data analytics, with a strong focus on optimizing workflows, reporting on content performance, and supporting marketing strategies that engage HR professionals and business advisors. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of employment experience in marketing operations, data reporting, and B2B marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess marketing effectiveness and optimize workflows.
- Experience with Power BI and SharePoint is a plus.
- CRM experience required, preferably with Seismic.
- Proven track record of successful stakeholder management, including global and distributed teams.
- Highly organized, able to work independently, and manage deadlines effectively.
- Committed to identifying opportunities for process optimization as needed.
- Support the development and scaling of marketing content to assist the sales team in client engagement and bid opportunities.
- Improve operational efficiency by identifying ways to automate or optimize data tracking and reporting.
- Assist in managing content within CRM (Seismic) and help streamline content workflows.
- Use Power BI and SharePoint to enhance marketing operations, intake processes, and content performance tracking.
- Analyze marketing content usage and effectiveness to inform future strategies and engagement efforts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and business teams to ensure alignment on messaging and outreach strategies.
- Work within a small but dynamic team, contributing to process improvements and marketing efficiency initiatives.
