A trailblazing outdoor and adventure retail leader is hiring for a Marketing Project Manager, Retail Media for a fully remote, 6+ month contract opportunity (with a strong potential to convert to full-time).

  • Competitive Compensation: up to $50.00 per hour, depending on the amount of experience within retail media. 

Marketing Project Manager, Retail Media Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or PMP certification preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Project Manager, preferably in marketing operations or retail media.
  • Proven success in managing complex marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Workfront, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of omni-channel marketing strategies, including digital advertising, email, and social media.
  • Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and video conferencing tools (Teams preferred).
  • A passion for or knowledge of the outdoor and adventure industry is a bonus.

Marketing Project Manager, Retail Media Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for multi-channel retail media campaigns, ensuring they meet business objectives and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendor partners to streamline communication and workflows.
  • Oversee project schedules, deliverables, and budgets, maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Facilitate creative reviews to ensure deliverables align with campaign goals and brand standards.
  • Monitor risks and resolve issues proactively, keeping projects on track and stakeholders informed.
  • Drive process improvements to optimize team performance and campaign outcomes.
  • Deliver concise project updates and status reports to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all assigned projects.
