A leader in the staffing industry is hiring a remote Organizational Change Manager in Hanover, MD for a long-term contract position.  

Organizational Change Manager Perks:
  • $65-70/hr.
  • Long-term contract role 1+ years, potential for conversion to permanent.
  • Main liaison with technical team.
Organizational Change Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s in business, IT, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience leading complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Expertise in large-scale organizational change, business transformation, and global stakeholder management.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Organizational Change Manager Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical, strategic change initiatives, driving business alignment and technology adoption in a global organization.
  • Create and implement comprehensive change management strategies that align with transformation objectives, mitigating risks and reducing resistance.
