A Fortune 200 financial organization is looking for a detail-oriented Process Manager, Marketing Operations (Non-Managerial) near Richmond, VA. This is a hybrid, renewable contract where individuals will be required to work up to 3 days per week onsite in Richmond, VA and 2 days remotely. **NO C2C OR THIRD-PARTIES**

Our client partner is seeking a Process Manager, Marketing Operations to lead and refine processes that power direct mail, email campaigns, and marketing initiatives for a dynamic financial organization. In this role, you’ll act as the central hub for communication, process improvement, and collaboration, ensuring projects move seamlessly from concept to completion. Process Manager, Marketing Operations Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven marketing/digital project/process management experience (email, direct mail, SMS, push, web platforms, etc.).
  • 2+ years of employment experience in process management, preferably within a financial, technology-driven environment.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to connect dots across teams, systems, and projects.
  • Experience in compliance and legal review processes is a plus.
  • Technical proficiency in Workfront, JIRA, HTML/CSS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, APIs, with hands-on experience in digital message personalization, management, and testing.


Process Manager, Marketing Operations Responsibilities:

  • Partner with intent owners, marketing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to define and shape marketing processes for direct mail and email campaigns.
  • Translate business intent into actionable requirements, ensuring alignment with operational capabilities and customer experience goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end development and implementation of direct mail strategies, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives across channels, including direct mail, email, and digital campaigns, ensuring all elements align with the overarching strategy.
  • Create and maintain detailed process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency for all stakeholders.
  • Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement improvements to enhance speed and accuracy.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and audits to maintain high standards of execution.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, downstream partners, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
  • Facilitate kick-off meetings, manage project schedules, and track progress through tools like Workfront and JIRA.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on processes, providing guidance and support to internal customers.
  • Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all marketing materials meet regulatory standards.
  • Monitor potential risks associated with marketing initiatives and develop mitigation plans as needed.
  • Maintain dashboards and generate regular reports to track process performance and campaign results.
  • Monitor findings against mitigation plans to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Address issues as they arise, implementing solutions and escalating concerns when necessary.
