- Lead the PTO Data Warehouse project across the enterprise.
- Manage scope, schedule, quality, risk, and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate internal and vendor teams; ensure deliverables meet standards.
- Develop communication, training, and change management plans.
- Ensure compliance with state Project Management and Oversight Standards.
- Use tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Snowflake, and Microsoft Azure DevOps to track progress and deliver results
