Social Media Content Creator Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in social media content creation for luxury or lifestyle brands, including video editing, basic photography, and a portfolio that highlights expertise in luxury brand social media.
  • Well-organized portfolio that demonstrates luxury social media content creation, showcasing video editing, photography, and visual storytelling skills for high-end brands.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere), with strong video editing and design skills.
  • Familiarity with Instagram best practices, especially for luxury content, and experience with emerging trends in social media.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Sprinklr, Khoros, Hootsuite) and the ability to leverage insights to improve content performance.
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, with the ability to produce concise, on-brand messaging that aligns with visual content.

Social Media Content Creator Responsibilities: 
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Strategist to create and implement detailed social media content strategies that align with the brand’s vision and business goals.
  • Design visually captivating and on-brand graphics, videos, and photography for social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook, ensuring content is fresh, dynamic, and aligned with the luxury brand identity.
  • Stay ahead of trends in social media and luxury marketing, proactively applying emerging trends to craft relevant, timely content that resonates with the brand’s audience.
  • Write compelling copy for posts, captions, and stories, ensuring each message maintains a tone and style consistent with the brand’s luxury positioning and voice.
  • Handle the end-to-end process of content production, from concept through to final editing, ensuring all assets are high quality, on-brand, and meet project deadlines.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams—such as marketing, public relations, and brand management—to ensure the social media content supports larger campaigns and business objectives.
  • Capture and produce real-time content that aligns with major cultural moments and events, helping the brand remain current and highly relevant across social platforms.
  • Identify, source, and enhance user-generated content, making sure it fits seamlessly into the brand’s social media presence, while staying authentic to its luxury image.
  • Use analytics tools to track the performance of social media content, identify areas for improvement, and optimize future content to drive engagement and meet key performance indicators.
  • Assist in working with influencers and brand ambassadors, ensuring that content produced aligns with the overall social media strategy and reflects the luxury brand’s high standards.
  • Juggle various social media content projects, from quick-turnaround reactive posts to larger, more strategic campaign content, ensuring all projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
