Social Media & Content Manager
A nationally recognized investment management firm is seeking an experienced Social Media & Content Manager for a Hybrid, Direct-Hire role based near Owings Mills, MD. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring on-site presence at least three days per week. Candidates must be local to the Baltimore, MD area.

Social Media & Content Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on content strategy and social media.
- Demonstrated expertise leading digital marketing campaigns within the financial services, investment management, or banking industry; direct experience navigating the complexities and compliance requirements unique to highly regulated environments.
- Proven ability to deliver measurable results through content-driven initiatives, multi-channel campaigns, and brand-building strategies.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and principles, including SEO, SEM, social media management, and email marketing.
- Advanced analytical skills, with a knack for leveraging metrics and insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Proficiency with enterprise-level social media management platforms (such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr, or Hearsay Social) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams (including compliance, legal, sales, and product groups) to ensure alignment and delivery of integrated marketing initiatives.
Social Media & Content Manager Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and oversee integrated content and social media strategies that align with organizational goals and support brand growth.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal partners including sales, product, and compliance teams.
- Manage and mentor team members and project contributors, ensuring deadlines, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements are met.
- Analyze campaign and content performance, extracting insights to continuously improve engagement, reach, and ROI.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for the latest digital trends, providing recommendations and training to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless coordination and project management across marketing initiatives, from concept through execution and reporting.
- Participate in regular campaign reviews and audits, adapting tactics to meet changing business needs and market trends.
