A leading marketing agency in the Baltimore, MD area is seeking a remote-flex Sr. CRM Marketing Specialist to drive customer engagement through targeted email and CRM strategies.

Sr. CRM Marketing Specialist Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, and lifecycle marketing, preferably in an agency setting..
  • Platform Expertise: Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Iterable, or similar platforms.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of email marketing technologies, including automation, segmentation, dynamic content, and analytics.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.

Sr. CRM Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of CRM, email, and lifecycle marketing strategies that align with clients’ goals and objectives.
  • Platform Management: Utilize platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Iterable, or similar tools to design, build, and optimize email campaigns, automations, and customer journeys.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage customer data and analytics to inform campaign strategies, segmentation, and personalization efforts, ensuring maximum engagement and ROI.
  • Campaign Execution: Manage the end-to-end execution of email and lifecycle marketing campaigns, from planning and segmentation to deployment and performance analysis.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to continually improve email performance, deliverability, and engagement rates.
