Sr. Frontend Engineer Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer with proven success delivering high-end software products on time and within budget (FinTech industry preferred).
- 5 years minimum working with React.
- Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience writing E2E and Unit tests.
- Must be comfortable with and an advocate for Scrum / Agile methodology.
- Bonus experience; developing component libraries, migrating Ruby on Rails to React.

Sr. Frontend Engineer Responsibilities:
- Design and implement risk mitigation and advanced testing processes using React and Playwright.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to other Scrum members.
- Debug complex issues and develop creative solutions using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, QA, Technical Support).
- Lead and mentor junior Engineers in software application design, development, and testing.
