Sr. Full-Stack Engineer Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer (FinTech industry preferred), leading and mentoring junior engineers.
- Highly proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL
- Experienced with React, Nest.js, and Prisma.
- Working knowledge of cloud-based technologies; up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Must be comfortable with and an advocate for Scrum / Agile methodology.
- Bonus experience; DevOps best practices and tools (such as Jenkins or Docker).

Sr. Full-Stack Engineer Responsibilities:
- Design and implement risk mitigation and advanced testing processes using React and Playwright.
- Debug complex issues and develop creative solutions using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, QA, Technical Support).
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to other Scrum members.
