Test Lead Requirements:
- Extensive software testing experience – Over 5 years in software testing, including 2+ years in a test lead role.
- MP&A analytics expertise – Strong background in testing analytics systems, ensuring data integrity, accurate reporting, and insights validation.
- Comprehensive testing knowledge – Skilled in integration testing, functional testing, QA, and UAT for complex enterprise systems.
- Leadership & collaboration – Experienced in coordinating and managing cross-functional testing teams, effectively driving test strategies.
- Technical proficiency – Strong understanding of test data setup, code promotion across environments, and familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, o9, and other test management or supply chain platforms.
Test Lead Responsibilities:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with business stakeholders, developers, and third-party vendors to define and align testing requirements.
- End-to-End Testing Execution – Plan and conduct integration, functional, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure seamless system interactions and business requirement alignment.
- Quality Assurance & Test Data Management – Establish and enforce QA processes, oversee test data setup and management, and ensure accurate, PROD-like data environments for comprehensive testing.
- Code Promotion & Environment Optimization – Manage smooth code promotion across test and production environments while monitoring and enhancing testing infrastructure performance.
- Analytics & Data Integrity Validation – Develop and execute test scenarios for analytics systems, ensuring data accuracy, insights validation, and seamless integration with the o9 platform.
